Richard R. Fox

A seasoned attorney, Rick has been practicing law since 1987 and is licensed Indiana and Kentucky. He is a member of the Louisville/Southern Indiana, Indiana University Alumni Board, and was previously president of the board.

Currently an attorney for LifeSpan Resources, Inc., Rick represents clients for guardianships, Medicaid and other elder law issues at no cost to the client through a grant funded by LifeSpan.

He is also the attorney for the following boards: Floyd County Commissioners, Floyd County Solid Waste Board, Floyd County Stormwater Board and Floyd County Health Department.

Education: Indiana University, B.A. in Forensic and History (1973-1977); Valparaiso University School of Law (1984-1987)

Kristi L. Fox

Kristi has been practicing law since 2013. She is licensed in Indiana and Kentucky and has argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.

Kristi is also the attorney for several boards, including Georgetown Town Council, New Albany Township Fire Protection District and Posey Township Trustee.

Education: Wright State University, B.A. in Criminal Justice (2004-2008); Golden Gate University School of Law (2010-2012). Kristi focused on litigation while in law school and earned a litigation certificate.
